Over the past five years Valley Geothermal has built a reputation for quality design, service and installation such that it is now installing three to four GSHP systems per month.
Monte Schmidt, President, has 27 years experience in all aspects of the HVAC industry including commercial and residential system design, installation, commissioning and service. Since specializing in geothermal heat pump system technology in 1997, Monte has been a leader in the development of the ground source heat pump market in Colorado. As manager at Valley heating and Air Conditioning and then founder of Valley Geothermal he has supervised the installation of over 100 GSHP systems in Colorado, both residential and commercial. Monte is an international Ground Source Heat Pump Association Certified Trainer and Installer.

GeoSource Distributors, Inc.
GeoSource Distributors is a major force in expanding Geothermal Heat Pump technology throughout Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and parts of Utah. It carries the WaterFurnace and ClimateMaster brands of geothermal products. Over the past several years GeoSource has been an active partner with its dealers on many large commercial projects throughout the west. Recent large Colorado projects include a 200+ ton system at the Snowmass Ski Village, a 300+ ton system at Devil’s Thumb Ranch in Fraser and a 22+ ton residential system in Denver. Brian Fowler, founder of GeoSource, has seventeen years experience in the geothermal industry and has designed, managed and installed over 1000 geothermal systems in a variety of climates and subsurface conditions. Brian is an International Ground Source Heat Pump Association Certified Trainer, Installer and Designer.
